Since the products are consumable goods, The Asian Snack Box purchases are not eligible for returns or exchanges. If you have any additional questions, please send us an email at info@theasiansnackbox.com.

If your order arrives damaged, please email info@theasiansnackbox.com with 'DAMAGED ORDER' in the subject line, and include a photo of the damage as well as the order number in the email. Please notify us of any damaged items within 48 hours of receiving your order.
